The following outlines the extended Guarantee Policy for your new product(s). Please take the time to thoroughly familiarise yourself with its contents.
Please also note that all guarantee periods stated (in year) below begin from the original date of purchase.
10-years guarantee - frames
Steel structural frame elements are guaranteed against breakage for a period of ten (10) years. Wood sofa frames and steel insert frames are also guaranteed against breakage for a period of ten (10) years.
1-years guarantee – leather and fabric
Leather products are guaranteed against tearing and cracking for a period of one (1) year. Fabric products are guaranteed for a period of one (1) year against seam slippage, fraying, and dye transfers.
This fabric guarantee does not cover tears, flattening of nap, pilling, fading, or shrinking and is not valid when heavy soiling or abuse is evident.
The guarantee does not cover normal fading, damage due to improper use of chemical treatments that are not endorsed by Manufacturer, damage from lack of required caution or regular care and maintenance.
The guarantee does not include claims for veins, wrinkling, natural markings from healed scars or variations in grain or color. These natural features are proof that only genuine leather has been used.
The guarantee does not include stretching of leather or fabric. This is normal and results from normal use.
Exposure of leather and fabric to sunlight or extreme light sources will cause fading and damage and is not covered by the guarantee.
5-year guarantee on electrical parts
We guarantee all motor components, including motor, control box, transformer, handset supply leads and plug for a period of 5 years from the date of initial delivery to the consumer.
2-year guarantee on the battery
We guarantee the battery unit for a period of 2 years from the date of initial delivery to the consumer.
2- years guarantee - Workmanship & other materials and components
All other materials, parts, components, and other furniture products not specifically included in the above guaranties and workmanship are warranted against defects for two (2) years.

Leather
For the lovers of leather. Here you will find a selection of high-quality leather covers, each with its own intricate effect and finish. Explore the endless possibilities and create the perfect finishing touch for your furniture. Available in standard or veneer with selected models, add a touch of nature to your furniture with a natural-looking wood finish, or opt for style with our selection of wood colours.

PRIME
Prime is a top grain and dyed through leather, with a thickness between
0.8- 1.0mm. Most of its natural marks were removed, once it has been corrected, pigmented and grain embossed to create a uniform appearance in both colour and texture. A protective top layer of lacquer simplifies cleaning and enhances the performance and longevity of this leather quality.

TREND
Trend is a luxurious top-grain leather with a thickness of between 0.9-1.1mm. Slightly corrected, this means that part of the natural defects have been removed, and the leather treated to provide a smooth grain structure and soft feel. One of our most popular leathers, Trend is available in a range of attractive colours to suit your interior- popular colours being Nature (T410), Tuxedo (T401), Pacific (T415), and Cinder (T417).

Fabric
We are uncompromising when it comes to fabric quality, and we cooperate with suppliers that manufacture in accordance with strict quality and environmental requirements. If correctly maintained, the fabrics we have selected will help give the furniture a long life. All our upholstery fabrics meet and exceeds the requirements of mobelfakta.no for Hard Wear. To meet Hard Wear requirements, the fabric must pass international tests for durability, light fastness, pilling resistance, fire safety and colour fastness.

SOPHIA
An unbelievably soft chenille, mixing 2 yarns in the chenille gives extra depth to the fabric and a boucle texture. Aquaclean fabrics present a revolutionary new anti-stain technology so you can enjoy your sofa with total peace of mind. The treatment not only repels liquids, but also acts as a cleaning facilitator by making stains more transferrable from fabric to water, which simplifies cleaning and gets stains out faster, even long after staining has occurred.

Sumptuously soft short pile woven chenille. Available in a selection of pleasing colours

All models are made of moulded cold-cured foam that is designed to provide the best possible support and comfort to the body while keeping the furniture in shape for long periods of use. The cold foam is molded around an inner steel frame with steel springs which together form body- friendly curves supporting you in all the right places. Spending a lot of time sitting in furniture in the wrong position can cause back problems in the future, therefore it is important to choose a chair that is designed to provide instant comfort as well as long-lasting relaxation.
