This covers the timber frame and frame construction on models dispatched from 1st November 2019 onwards. All models will be covered by a 10 Year Spring Guarantee. Springs within recliner mechanisms are not covered. In addition, all recliner mechanisms, electric motors and rechargeable power packs come with a 2-year warranty.

Failure to follow the written instructions in the Care Guide or provided with the product will invalidate the claim. Any alterations or repairs carried out without our written permission will also invalidate the claim. We do not recommend or endorse any form of stain protection on our fabrics.
