Double Pinch Pleat

Double pinch pleat curtains have small groups of pleats separated by flat sections of fabric, pinch pleat curtain hooks are used at each pleat, so the curtains are suspended by the pleats with flat fabric between. Pinch pleats give a more formal look and the curtains tend to hang in uniform folds. The pinch pleat heading can also be made with triple pleats to create a very full more traditional looking curtain if preferred.

This type of pleat looks attractive hung from a pole or a track.

Triple Pinch Pleat

Triple pinch pleat curtains have small groups of pleats separated by flat sections of fabric, pinch pleat curtain hooks are used at each pleat, so the curtains are suspended by the pleats with flat fabric between. Pinch pleats give a more formal look and the curtains tend to hang in uniform folds. The pinch pleat heading can also be made with double pleats to create a less full more modern looking curtain if preferred.

This type of pleat looks attractive hung from a pole or a track.

Wave

Wave Curtains are becoming increasing popular due to their sleek and modern style. The Wave Curtain system is developed by Silent Gliss; the uniformity of the folds are created by using specially designed curtain heading tape with a Wave Curtain track.

Wave Curtains provide an excellent solution to wide curtains in modern properties; the easy stacking allows for a neat finish.

This type of heading works best on a pole, however, can be used on a track also.

Roman Blinds

Our handmade Roman Blinds have the perfect finish and are supplied with a cassette system and a variety of linings. Roman blind pelmets are available for outside recess.

Blinds can be made up to 3m in length and width, they can be lined, interlined and blackout lined.

An increasing number of customers are using bonded or bonded blackout lining giving a crisp, sharp looking blind less prone to fabric movement.

Borders, trims, braids and pelmets can be added to Roman Blinds to enhance their appearance. These are available as hand finished. Machine made blinds can be made with a hand stitch to the top so no visible stitching is shown where the Velcro is attached to the head rail.

Battery remote systems are increasingly popular, so we work closely with both Somfy to provide the latest systems available. New heavy weight battery systems are capable of lifting roman blinds up to 3m wide and that weigh up to 7.5kg. All systems are operational via apps and can be integrated with smart home technology.

Child safety is an area we take very seriously. All blinds comply to BS EN 13120.

Voiles

A modern take on traditional net curtains, Voile curtains are made with sheer, translucent fabric providing daytime privacy without blocking out the light.

While net curtains are knitted, Voile curtains are woven, which means the fabric has a super-smooth finish that’s naturally sleek and effortlessly elegant.

Our Voile curtains are weighted at the hem, so they drape beautifully whether they’re at windows or doors. We offer our voiles with various headings including pencil pleat and pinch pleat.

Voiles work best on a pole, or on a track.

Swags & Tails

Swags and tails are the ultimate way to dress a window, creating a grand treatment that is suitable for formal rooms. They look sophisticated when made up in rich fabrics and trimmed with fringe. However, untrimmed swags and tails look much simpler and can be used for informal settings, even kitchens and bathrooms. Swags and tails are fitted to a pelmet board by our expert upholstery team and our expert seamstresses.

If you have a traditional home then why not add swags and tails to your window treatment.
