Our Made to Measure Sales Consultants are highly confident sales people that are passionate about delivering a fantastic experience and bringing to life our customers ideas.
The role responsibilities will include:
Greeting customers in store and visit customers’ homes to ensure customer experience is to the highest standard.
Work to clear goals and targets, being rewarded based on sales success, supporting customers with their products, style and interior design choices
Ensuring that you deliver a first class customer experience from start to finish.
Planning your own diary for appointments & Bookings
- The confidence to connect with our customers, naturally being able to strike up a conversation with them and helping them to plan and design their home.
- Ability to work with enthusiasm and pace.
- Flexibility in working hours to cover appointments during the day and evening
- Ability to use Word & Outlook
- Ability to plan and manage time effectively
- Be able to work alone as well as part of a team
- Must be able to drive and hold a full driving licence
- Will be required to work Saturdays
Preferred but not essential:
- Previous Experience in Curtain making
- Knowledge of selling shutters and blinds
- Previous Experience of working in a sales targeted environment
